Eight 30-minute sessions of 1-on-1 tailored attention to meet your specific goals and needs through ZOOM. Our fitness session will be unique to every client. Often, no two workouts are the same. For 30 minutes, you and I will go through a series of exercises, including a short warm-up and often a little cool-down if there's time. If you... - have reached a rut in your workouts - need accountability - desire 1-on-1 attention to meet specific health goals - have no clue where to start - need to understand your body mechanics and proper form - want to supplement your gym/at home routine ...then this 1-on-1 training option is for you! To qualify, please make sure you have filled out the proper intake forms and waivers. If we're already working together and this is a repeat purchase, don't worry about that.
